为了研究具有特殊结构的新型外永磁转子爪极电机的转矩密度和齿槽转矩,在对电机的结构、材料、特点以及运行机理进行分析的基础上,对转矩密度和齿槽转矩的计算公式进行推导,从理论上分析出外永磁转子爪极电机转矩密度和齿槽转矩比常规交流电机高的本质。利用有限元分析软件,对电机进行三维电磁场分析,运用场的方法计算出齿槽转矩和电磁转矩,分析外永磁转子爪极电机极数对转矩密度和齿槽转矩的影响,通过对样机的实验证明公式推导和仿真结果的正确性。理论分析、仿真计算和实验结果表明,外永磁转子爪极电机的转矩密度比传统电机大,而且具有特有的齿槽转矩特性。
In order to research special issues of torque density and cogging torque for a novel claw pole machine with outer permanent magnet rotor(CPMPM) and special structure,on the basis of analyzing it's structure,material,characteristics and operating mechanism,the formula of torque density and cogging torque is derived,the reason of torque density and cogging torque being higher than those of conventional machine was analyzed in theory.By means of finite element analysis(FEA) software,the three-dimensional(3D) electromagnetic field analysis was made for this kind of machine.The torque density and cogging torque were computed by analysis method of field,while the effect of output torque was analyzed under the condition of different pole number.Finally,the formula derivation and simulation results are verified by the prototype experiments.The theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment results show that this kind of machine has characteristics of higher torque density than those of conventional electric machines and has unique characteristics of cogging torque.
