通过盆栽试验研究6种不同沼液施用量对生菜产量和干物质累积量的影响,分析了土壤中有机质,含砷量以及电导率的差异性。结果表明:随着沼液施用量的增加,生菜的产量及干物质累积量均有增加的趋势,且趋势基本一致;土壤有机质随沼液施用量的增加出现先降低再增加的过程;沼液施用量增加致使土壤含砷量增加,沼液用量为3600mL时,土壤砷含量最高,达到6.73mg·kg^-1,比未施用沼液处理增加60.1%;土壤的电导率也与沼液的施用量呈显著的相关关系,在0~5cm土层中的相关系数为0.9749,在5-20cm土层中的相关系数为0.9251。
Pot experiments of lettuce planting with 6 different biogas slurry application rate were carried out to study the effect of biogas fertilizer on lettuce yield and dry matter accumulation. The change of soil organic matter, arsenic concentration and electrical conductivity were analyzed. The results indicated that, with increased application rate of biogas slurry, the yield and dry matter accumulation of lettuce had a trend of increase, and the soil organic matter appeared decreasing at first and then increasing. The maximum arsenic concentrations in soil reached 6.73 mg· kg^-l when biogas application was 3600 mL a pot,which was 60.1% higher than the contrast without biogas slurry application, but this arsenic content was not beyond the limits of national safety standards. Correlation between biogas slurry application and electrical conductivity of soil was significantly positive with correlation coefficient of 0.9749 in 0~5 cm soil layer,and 0.9251 in 5~20 cm soil layer.
