目的研究细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子（CD147）在膀胱癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义.方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测58例膀胱癌组织,20例正常膀胱组织和15例胚胎膀胱组织中CDl47的表达情况,并对CD147与膀胱癌临床病理的关系进行统计学分析.结果胚胎膀胱组织、正常膀胱组织、膀胱癌组织CD147阳性率分别为0、5.0%、70.7%.膀胱癌与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.CDl47蛋白的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期和浸润程度有关..结论 CD147有可能成为判断膀胱癌侵袭力的重要指标,有望成为反映肿瘤恶性程度及预后判断的标记物.

英文摘要：

Objective To study expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer molecule （CD147） in bladder cancer tissues, and explore its clinical significance. Methods CD147 expression were deteeted in 58 cases of bladder carcinoma,20 cases of normal bladder and 15 cases of embryonal bladder by immunohistochemical SP method, the relationship between CD147 and bladder carcinoma＇s clinical pathology was analyzed statistically. Results The expression rate of CD147 is 0, 5.0% ,70.7% in embryonal bladder, normal bladder and bladder carcinoma respectively. The positive rates were statistically highest in bladder carcinoma （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of CD147 protein was positive correlated to TNM stage and infiltrate degree. Conclusions Probably, CD147 may play a key role in judging the invasiveness of bladder carcinoma. It is expected to be as a marker of malignanct potential in carcinoma.
