加强农民工安全生产培训是近年来我国政府推行的一项重要政策。河南省在农民工安全生产培训中存在培训名称不相适应、质量难以保障、经费过少、监管难度大、就业配套政策缺失等问题。为此,建议提升农民工培训层次,形成制度化、全员化的＂从业人员安全生产培训＂;适当从工伤保险基金、失业保险基金、工会经费中划拨一部分资金,增加农民工培训投入;进一步构建农民工安全生产培训质量保障体系。

Strengthening safety production training for rural laborers is an important policy boosted by the government of China in recent years. In the area, He＇nan province has confronted with the following problems： training name isn＇t suitable, training quality is low, training fund is short, the monitoring is difficult and the employment collocation policy is lack. Aiming at these problems, the suggestions are： enhancing training level for rural laborer, achieving systematization and facing to all laborer, transferring some funds from labour damage insurance fund, unemployment insurance fund and labour union fund to increase investment on rural laborer training, building quality assurance system for rural laborer safety production training.
