近年来,国外对我国优势产业的打压愈演愈烈,诉诸反倾销指控是杀伤力极大的招数。怎样发挥竞争情报的独特作用应对反倾销指控,防范＂走出去＂危机、保障我国产业安全已经成为重要的研究课题。本文从竞争情报视角研究了17个我国企业成功应对国外反倾销指控的案例。从企业顶层领导应对反倾销指控的决心、应对反倾销指控的组织机构、早期预警能力、信息分析、涉案企业需要的外部竞争情报支持5个方面对案例进行了解析,得出了结论和启示。
英文摘要：
Recently,more and more anti-dumping accusation lawsuits have imposed,and will impose to Chinese enterprises.It is significant to study for Chinese enterprises how to deal with the anti-dumping accusation lawsuits by competitive intelligence（CI）.Focusing on CI factor,seventeen cases that Chinese enterprises won the anti-dumping lawsuits were studied in five CI angles of view.First is in will of the top leaders of accused Chinese enterprises.Second is in special organizations for dealing with lawsuits.Third is in early warning function of these enterprises.Fourth is in CI analysis for decision making.Fifth is in indispensable CI support outside a single accused enterprise.Several findings and inspirations are given in the end.
