Work locus of control, derived from the traditional concept of locus of control, is a more powerful predictor of employee＇ s attitude and behavior in organizational studies than general locus of control. This article summarized and reviewed the concept, measurement, antecedents and consequences of work locus of control, and proposed the directions for future research.
