工作心理控制源是传统的心理控制源概念在组织管理研究领域的延伸。在对组织领域相关变量的预测上,工作心理控制源要比一般心理控制源有更强的作用。本文从内涵、测量、影响因素和影响效果方面对工作心理控制源的相关研究进行了系统回顾和梳理,并指出了未来可能的研究方向。
Work locus of control, derived from the traditional concept of locus of control, is a more powerful predictor of employee' s attitude and behavior in organizational studies than general locus of control. This article summarized and reviewed the concept, measurement, antecedents and consequences of work locus of control, and proposed the directions for future research.
