农村社会调查方法是研究“三农问题”主要使用的方法。农村土地确权和流转作为新时期“三农问题”的重点和难点之一，能否在相关研究中掌握科学适用的社会调查方法，不仅关系到该研究是否能顺利推进，还关系到该研究是否能取得高质量的成果。本文以安义、南昌县农村土地确权、流转调查为例，介绍了农村社会调查的科学程序，总结了农村社会调查中存在的问题以及需要遵循的原则，最后进行了小结。

英文摘要：

The methods of rural social survey are mainly used for the research of the ＂Three Rural Issues＂. The confirmation of rural land right and the circulation of rural land are regarded as the key and difficult points of the ＂Three Rural Issues＂ in the new period. The ability to grasp scientific and applicative social survey methods in relevant research is related to not only the smooth im- plementation of this research, but also the acquirement of high-quality results through this research. This paper took the survey of rural land right confirmation and rural land circulation in Anyi county and Nanchang county as examples, introduced the scientific programs of rural social survey, summarized the existent problems in the survey and the principles which should be abided by, and finally made a summary.
