分子生物学的飞速发展及其各项技术的广泛应用,对水产动物的研究工作产生了很大的影响.分子标记在水产动物研究中的广泛应用,对于优良品种的选育、亲缘关系和品系家系的鉴定、重要经济性状基因的定位克隆以及大规模疾病的防治有重要的作用.本文就同工酶、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)和微卫星等常用分子标记在水产动物系统发育、遗传育种及疾病检测等领域研究上的应用进行了综述,旨在为今后的研究工作提供参考.
With the rapid development of molecular biology, new biotechnologies are applied widely in aquatic animal breeding. The applications of molecular markers affect greatly on the excellent species selection, genetic relationship identification, cloning of the genes contributing to economically important traits and disease prevention. In this paper, we summarized the valuable uses of molecular markers, such as allozyme markers, AFLP and SSR, which will be helpful for the uses of molecular markers in practice.
