以某大跨度预应力混凝土斜拉桥为例,采用一阶分析及最优化计算方法来确定斜拉桥的合理施工状态.运用空间非线性有限元分析模型,模拟了混凝土斜拉桥主梁的悬臂浇筑过程,求出各施工阶段斜拉索的初始张拉力和主梁节段的立模标高.研究结果表明,这种方法能将成桥后结构的内力和主梁的线形同时控制在精度范围内。
Based on a long-span prestressed concrete cable- stayed bridge of a 370m central span length under construction in China, This paper introduces first-order solution and optimization algorithm to determine the rational construction state. Applying a spatial nonlinear FEM modeling , the actual cantilever construction pro- cess of the cable-stayed bridge concrete girders was simulated, the tension forces of cables and the initialize heights of girders during construction are obtained respectively. The research results show that this method could control the stress of the construction and the line shape of the girder in accurate range at the same time.
