针对硬质合金铣刀铣削加工碳纤维/树脂(C/E)复合材料极易产生毛刺、纤维撕裂等缺陷且刀具磨损严重的特点,尝试采用研制的电镀金刚石工具对C/E复合材料盲槽进行干式加工试验,并与传统的硬质合金铣刀进行对比。通过对加工后的盲槽表面质量、加工力以及刀具磨损分析,确认用"以磨代铣"的工艺方式实现C/E复合材料盲槽加工是可行的。
For the process of milling carbon/ epoxy(C/E) surface with cemented carbide mill cutter is easy to produce burrs, fiber tearing and other defects and severe tool wear, the electroplated diamond tool developed is used to dry grinding, instead of milling, a blind-slot on the C/E composites surface. Experimental results show that better surface quality and lower force or tool wear are obtained compared with milling with traditional cemented carbide mill cutter.
