以油松分布区不同地理区域8个种群的2年生苗木为研究对象,采用Li-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统测定其光响应曲线、净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等光合生理指标,旨在了解不同种群油松在云南松中心分布区生境下光合特性的差异。结果表明:8个油松种群之间的各个光合指标均存在着极显著的差异,北京松山油松种群具有较高的光饱和点(LSP)、最大净光合速率(Pmax)、水分利用率(WUE)和光能利用率(LUE),其光合能力、生长潜力、水分和光能利用能力、对光环境的适应能力均较强。
Taking eight populations of two-year-old Pinus tabtdaeformis seedlings as research objectives, the pho- tosynthetic characteristics including light response curve, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) was measured by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, in order to understand the difference among the different populations of P. tabulaeformis in P. yunnanensis habit. The results showed that the there are significantly differences in photosynthetic indexes among eight populations of P. tabulaeformis. The Beijing Songshan population has the higher light saturation point (LSP), maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pmax), water use efficiency (WUE) and light use efficiency (LUE), therefore it more adapts to light environment due to higher photosynthetic capacity, growth potential, water and light use efficiency.
