目的研究珍珠莲Ficus sarmentosa var.henryi中的黄酮类化学成分。方法应用柱色谱技术分离纯化,核磁共振及质谱鉴定化合物结构。结果从珍珠莲氯仿和醋酸乙酯层萃取物中分离得到11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为圣草酚(eriodictyol,1)、高圣草酚(homoeriodictyol,2)、槲皮素(quercetin,3)、二氢槲皮素(dihydroquerce—tin,4)、山柰酚(kaempferol,5)、二氢山柰酚(dihyarokaempferol,6)、柚皮素(naringenin,7)、木犀草素(luteolin,8)、芹菜素(apigenin,9)、柯依利素(chrysoeriol,10)、3’,5’,5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(3’,5’,5,7-tetrahydroxyl—favanone,11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ficus sarmentosa var. henryi. Methods Column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. NMR was employed for their structures. Results Eleven flavonoids were isolated and identified as the following: eriodictyol (1), homoeriodictyol (2), quercetin (3), dihydroquercetin (4), kaempferol (5), dihydrokaempferol (6), naringenin (7), luteolin (8), apigenin (9), ehrysoeriol (10), and 3', 5', 5, 7-tet- rahydroxylfavanone (11). Conclusion Compounds 1-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
