目的：研究古汉养生精中药渣及其发酵处理后对小鼠耐力及免疫力的影响,为中药渣的综合利用提供依据。方法：中药渣经发酵处理、制剂制备,灌胃小鼠,观察其对小鼠耐力及免疫功能的影响。结果：灌喂制剂组较对照组小鼠血液中LDH、IL-2含量均升高,血液中肌酐、尿素氮含量降低,力竭游泳时间延长,免疫器官指数升高,迟发型变态反应增强,其中发酵组效果最显著。结论：发酵处理前后的中药渣对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠均有不同程度的抗疲劳与免疫增强作用,其中发酵后效果更佳。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study the effects of fermented preparations of Ancient Han Health Essence herbal residue on endurance and immunity of mice,and provide the basis for comprehensive utilization of traditional Chinese medicine residue.Methods：Traditional Chinese medicine residue was fermented,developed to preparation and given to mice by gavage.Results：Compared with the control group,the treated groups,especially the fermented preparation-treated group had advantages of increasing the levels of blood LDH and IL-2,decreasing the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen content,prolonging the exhaustive swimming time,increasing immune organ indexes,and enhancing delayed hypersensitivity.Conclusion：Fermented preparations of Ancient Han Health Essence herbal residue present immuno-enhancing activity and anti-fatigue effect on both normal and immune suppression mice.
