随着钢铁工业的高速发展,高温炼焦已成为中国煤炭资源利用的重要途径之一,与此同时焦化行业SO2排放污染问题越来越引起人们的关注。2007年,全国焦炭产量总计335.53 Mt,其中机械化焦炉产量达305.37 Mt,约占全国焦炭产量的91.01%,焦化行业SO2排放量达181.19 kt。在参考国家制定的焦化行业未来产业发展目标和污染控制技术水平发展状况基础上,通过对炼焦工艺进步、技术进步和产业结构调整3种途径的减排潜力进行分析得出,预计到2010年,焦化行业SO2减排潜力为90.35 kt;到2015年,焦化行业SO2的减排潜力将达到252.49 kt,将为中国实现节能减排目标提供有力支持。
With the rapid development of iron and steel industry,high temperature coking has become an important utilization pattern of coal.The pollution caused by SO2 emission from coking industry has aroused more and more concern.The total coke yield is about 335.53 Mt in 2007,of which the yield of mechanical coke oven is about 305.37 Mt,account for 91.01% of the totals,the amount of SO2 discharge from coking industry is 181.19 kt.In reference to future development objectives and pollution control technologies of coking industry,the SO2 emission reduction potential is analyzed on the basis of coking technological progress,technical improvement and industrial restructuring.According to the analysis,the potential of SO2 emissions reduction will be 90.35 kt in 2010,and the number will reach to 252.49 kt in 2015,which will be a good support to the energy-saving and ejection-decreasing targets of the country.
