Objective To explore the influence of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on entrepreneurial perform- ance, and the mediating effect of level of team integration on relationship between new venture team heterogeneity and firm performance. Methods Data of questionnaire from 202 candidates. Results （ 1 ） Both general heterogeneity and expertise heterogeneity of new venture have positive effect on new venture performance, （2） Team integration mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and new venture performance. Conclusion The higher heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team, the higher performance of new venture performance. Expertise heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team affects new venture performance through the mediating effect of team integration.
