当前大学生就业已经成为社会的一个焦点问题,尤其是我国大学生就业区域流向的不均衡更为引人关注。文章从我国大学本科毕业生各专业就业区域流向比、我国各地区城镇单位所拥有的专业技术人员数以及受教育程度的人口变动情况三个方面进行了详细的统计分析,以进一步揭示我国大学生就业区域流向的不均衡性。

Currently college student employment has become a focus of the society,especially the non-equilibrium regional flow of college student employment in China attracts much attention.Based on the detailed statistical analysis and comparison of the regional flow of employment among graduates from various majors,the number of professional and technical personnel in local cities and towns and the population changes in different educational levels,this paper reveals the non-equilibrium regional flow of college student employment in China.
