SPOT-5HRS/HRG影像是我国西部1∶5万地形图空白区测图工程的主要数据源,西部1∶5万测图工程也是国内首次大规模使用高分辨率卫星影像进行地形图测绘的重大项目。针对SPOT-5卫星影像为CCD线阵推扫成像的特点,提出和研发了一套基于通用成像模型,即有理多项式模型(RFM)的稀少控制的卫星影像区域网平差算法。为综合评价提出的区域网平差方法的性能,同测绘生产单位合作,选择多个实验区或作业区进行了较为充分的试验,试验表明,对于覆盖大范围区域的SPOT-5HRS立体影像,仅用少量地面控制点即可满足我国1∶5万地形图测绘的要求。
