有机电致发光器件(Organic light-emitting device,OLED)具有质轻且薄、视角宽、色彩鲜艳、节能环保、柔性弯曲的独特优点。白光OLED在未来固态照明和平板显示方面展现出了美好的应用前景,成为国内外的研究重点。通过结构设计和器件优化,目前白光OLED的发光效率已经能够达到荧光灯的效率。主要讨论了近年来自光OLED的主要发展,并从发光染料的角度讨论了不同类型白光器件的研究状况。
Organic light-emitting device (OLED) has merits of thin,light,wide viewing angle,good color quality,and low power consumption,especially its excellent flexibility.White OLED (WOLED) has attracted huge attentions in the world,due to its great potential applications for solid-state lighting and flat panel displays in the near future.Up to the present,the device efficiency of WOLED has been enhanced to that of the fluorescent light,resulting from structure design and device optimization.Therefore,the recent development of WOLEDs is mainly discussed,based on different kinds of emitting materials.
