运用生命表方法从城市、行业、资本规模、所有制类型和成立时间5个角度,对湖南省1980年以后成立的企业的生存状况进行了比较分析。通过从不同维度对企业不同分位数生存时间进行比较,发现企业在不同城市、行业、资本规模、所有制类型和成立时间下企业状况均存在较大差异,这些结果表明,影响企业生存死亡的因素十分广泛,我国企业生存状况不仅受到西方传统产业组织理论中企业所在地域、行业和规模的影响,还受到由中国国情所决定的所有制性质和成立时间的影响。

英文摘要：

Using the life table method,this paper analyze the issues of firms＇ survival from the dimensions of cities,industries,capital sizes,types of ownership and the establishment time,for the firms established after 1980 in Hunan Province.By comparing the firms＇ quantile survival time,we find that there is a great difference of firms＇ survival conditions between different dimensions.Our results reveal that there are various factors influencing the firms＇ survival;the Chinese firms＇ living conditions are not only impacted by geography of the business,industry and the capital scale which is normal in traditional theory of industrial organization,but also impacted by the nature of the ownership and the establishment time which are special in China context.
