A model of amplification mechanisms was designed on the basis of long-length flexure beams.According to the force-deflection relationship and the amplification ratio derived from analytical method,a parametric study on mechanism performances was carried out.The effects of the key structural parameters of the mechanisms on the mechanism performances were identified by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation of a set of examples.
