由于现有的工程机械中采用多路阀来控制液压缸存在较大的节流损失,而采用液压变压器在理论上可以无节流损失的控制液压缸,故研究了采用液压变压器控制液压缸的液压系统.首先建立了该系统的数学模型,并进行了仿真分析.针对理论研究的结果进行了实验研究,结果表明该系统可以满足实际要求.
The throttling loss is generated due to the multi-way valve control in the field of construction machinery.However,the hydraulic cylinder controlled by HT (Hydraulic Transformer) can work without throttling loss in theory.This study is primarily focusing on the hydraulic cylinder controlled by HT.The simulation has been made according to the mathematical model of the hydraulic system.Comparing the experiment and the simulation,we conclude that HT can be used to control the hydraulic cylinder in practice.
