按照钢纤维0、0.5%、1.0%的体积掺量和聚丙烯纤维0、0.05%、0.1%的体积掺量进行了砂浆平板收缩抗裂试验。研究表明,当体积掺量为钢纤维0.5%、聚丙烯纤维0.05%,限裂效能为三级;当体积掺量为钢纤维1.0%、聚丙烯纤维0.1%,限裂效能最优达到一级。综合分析表明,钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维在水泥基复合材料中能产生协同阻裂效应,在基体干燥收缩过程中有显著的综合阻裂效果。
Shrinkage and crack resistance experiment of mortar table are carried by according to steel fiber with 0,0.5% and 1.0% volume dosage and polypropylene fiber with 0, 0.05%, 0.1% volume dosage. The results indicate that,when volume content of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber is 0.5% and 0.05% respectively, the effect of crack resistance is level 3; and this effect on crack resistance is turned to be level 1 when the volume dosage of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber is 1.0% and 0.1%. The comprehensive analysis shows that there is coorperative effects of crack resistance on steel-polypropylene hybrid fiber in cementitious composite materials, comprehensive crack resistance on numbers, lengths,widths and areas of cracks can play a significant effects in drying shrinkage stage.
