在分析重庆地区煤层气资源赋存情况、分带特征,以及煤层气抽采利用、技术装备水平现状的基础上,总结出当前煤层气开发利用面临政策环境制约、煤矿区气源不稳定、煤炭行业经济效益低迷、开发利用技术装备落后、抽采利用方式单一等5个方面的挑战和困境,提出需要采取简政放权、启动深部资源勘探、加大财政政策扶持,以及科技创新、引入商业开发模式等措施,以促进煤层气资源的开发利用。
The bedding of most outburst coal seams is disorder and extremely soft hierarchical layers always exist, the gasabsorption and release ability of the soft hierarchical layers is much stronger than that of the hard ones, so the coal and gasoutburst hazard is greater. For analyzing the absorption deformation characteristics of the soft hierarchical layers under highpressure, a dynamic test device for coalseam gas adsorption-desorption deformation was developed, and with this device, thesynchronous tests were carried out on the adsorption and strain in the gas absorption and desorption process of coal samplesunder the constant temperature and volume. The research results showed that the isothermal adsorption curve, the isothermaldesorption curve and the isothermal adsorption strain curve all followed the Langmuire equation, and the isothermal desorptionstrain curve followed the improved Langmuire equation; the adsorption-desorption process of the soft hierarchical layers wasreversible, but their adsorption-desorption deformation was irreversible; the adsorbed gas amount was in a nonlinear relationwith the volume strain. Through the statistical analysis of test data, a precise fitting equation between coal body strain andadsorbed gas amount of the soft hierarchical layers wasestablished.
