In this paper, we present and prove the existence and uniqueness theorems set-valued and single-valued nonlinear operator equations sequence with （Φ,Δ）-type for a class of probabilistic contractor sequence in Menger PN-spaces, which extend and improve the corresponding results of S S. Chang etc. Utilizing these theorems, some fixed point theorems are obtained.
