针对河南某年产10万吨纱管纸企业在生产过程中排放大量高浓度COD、SS及低氮磷废水问题。采用气浮法-水解酸化法-IC法-曝气池法等工艺进行处理,对进水COD为12 000~15 000 mg/L、SS质量浓度为2 000~2 500 mg/L、NH3-N质量浓度为30~60 mg/L、TP质量浓度为8~10 mg/L等污染物进行处理。通过工程测试和运行后,出水COD、SS、NH3-N和TP的去除率分别为98%~98.3%、88%~90%、〉40%、〉87.5%,系统出水质量平稳且各污染物出水指标均满足污水排入城镇下水道水质标准(CJ 343-2010)的要求。同时,对系统运行中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应措施,可为同类废水处理工程提供借鉴。
The flotation-acid hydrolysis-IC-aeration assembled process was applied in an armual production of 10 tons of yarn tube wrapper papermaking company in Henan Province, with high COD and SS, low nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater. The practice shows that the removal efficiencies of COD, SS, NH3-N and TP can reach 98%~98.3%, 88%~90%, 〉40%, 〉 87.5% respectively under conditions of COD 12 000~ 15 000 mg/L, SS 2 000~2 500 mg/L, NH3-N 30~60 mg/L, TP 8~10 mg/L. The effluent presented a stable quality and parameters of the pollutants met well with the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers (CJ 343 -2010). The possible problems existing in the system are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are provided in this paper, supplying a reference for other treatment processes in this filed.
