随着大气环境问题的日益严重,烟气除尘已经成为一个重要的研究方向。袋式除尘器是治理大气污染的高效除尘设备,在我国已得到广泛应用。为了有效保证除尘效果,降低成本,将模糊控制应用到袋式除尘器的温度控制中,调整语言变量的隶属函数,增加变权重模糊自适应控制策略,并对该控制进行了仿真。在实际应用中,对人工控制、模糊控制、自适应模糊控制结果进行对比分析。仿真和实际应用结果表明:模糊自适应控制方法在袋式除尘器控制中具有良好的控制效果。
With the atmospheric environment problem increasingly serious, flue gas dedusting has become an important research direction. Bag filter is the efficient dedusting equipment in control air poUution, has been widely used in our country. In order to effectively guarantee the dedusting effect, reduce the cost, application the fuzzy control in temperature control of bagfilter, adjust the membership function of language variable, increase the variable weight fuzzy adaptive control strategy, it carried on the simulation to the control. In practice, the manual control, fuzzy control, adaptive fuzzy control results were analyzed. The simulation and actual application results show that the fuzzy adaptive control method in bag filter control has good control effect.
