利用二次成像原理。采用准直物镜组和放大倍率为1/3的投影系统的组合方式,设计了小F数、短焦距、长出瞳距、长工作距离的基于DMD的中波红外景象投射器光学系统。整个光学系统采用锗和硅两种材料,包含11片透镜,其中:准直物镜3片,投影镜头7片,场镜1片。为了实现15~40℃范围内消热差和消色差,将投影系统设计成折衍混合系统。投射器光学系统在工作温度范围内,全视场空间频率16lp/mm处的MTF〉0.6,具有较好的成像效果。
An optical system of the DMD dynamic MIR scene projector was given by using secondary imaging. The optical system with a small F number, short focal length, long distance of exit pupil, and large working distance was designed through a collimator and a projection system with 1/3 magnification factor. The whole optical system using the materials of Ge and Si consisted of 11 elements, including 3 lenses for collimator and 7 lenses for the projection system. It was designed with a refractive diffractive hybrid system to reduce color aberration and thermal aberration in the temperature range of 15-40 ℃. The projector optical system takes advantage of high quality image with MTF〉0.6 at a spatial frequency of 16 lp/mm in the full field of view, which is operational within the working temperature.
