随着我国人民生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视饮食保健,但是大众对饮食保健的认识由于缺乏科学系统的食疗指导,常常走入极端化的误区。以寄生于中医学中的食疗实践难以满足大众的通俗易懂的食疗具体需求。我国食疗实践有必要上升到现代食疗科学的高度,建立系统的、适合大众的、符合现代食品生产特点的现代食疗科学。现代食疗科学适用于疾病初期食疗、辅助治疗、亚健康调理、大病的预防。建立现代食疗科学具有弘扬传统养生文化、引导正确的健康观念、防止国民走向集体误区等时代意义;现代食疗科学需要研究中医学中的现代食疗科学精华、现代常见病与现代饮食的关系、常用原料的加工方法和食用方法、各种食品之间的搭配效果;现代食疗科学应该采用理论研究的方法、实践调研法、试验研究等研究方法。
With enhancement of Chinese people's living standard,Chinese people have taken care more and more about their diet health.However,most of Chinese people lack the awareness about diet care understanding without the scientific system's instruction of dietotherapy.Because dietary practice attaches a lot in the traditional Chinese medicine science,it is difficult to meet most of people's needs with the easy-understanding and specific way to dietotherapy.The dietary practice should be improved to the modern scientific level,so it is necessary to establish the systematic and popular nutritional therapy science,which is able to conform to the characteristics of modern food production.The nutritional therapy science is suitable for the initial nutritional therapy for diseases,the auxiliary treatment,the sub-healthy recuperation and the serious disease prevention.It is significant for the establishment of modern nutritional therapy science because it can help people keep the traditional health culture,direct the correct healthy ideas and keep away from the collective misunderstanding about dietotherapy.The scientific essence of nutritional therapy in the traditional Chinese medicine,the relationship between the common diseases and modern diet,the relationship between common raw material processing methods and the edible methods and all kinds of food matching effects need to be studied in the modern nutritional therapy science.The theoretical methodology,the practical investigation and the experimental methodology and so on should be applied to carry on researches on the modern dietotherapy.
