耐高温、高隔热的热障涂层(thermal barrier coatings,TBCs)技术因为能降低基底的工作温度,提高发动机的性能与热效率,已经成为了航空发动机的关键热防护技术.航空发动机在飞行过程中,将不可避免地受到燃烧室内各种杂质及外来颗粒的撞击,从而发生冲蚀失效,这一失效已成为制约TBCs服役性能及其安全应用的关键问题.本文介绍了TBCs冲蚀破坏机理的实验研究、有限元模拟、理论分析、试验模拟系统以及实验检测技术方面的最新成果,展望了TBCs冲蚀机理研究的重点.
Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) with high temperature durability and excellent heat insulation can reduce the metal surface temperature, which results in a significant improvement in performance and high efficiency of gas turbine engines. TBCs have been developed as a key heat protection technique. During flight, TBCs are unavoidably impacted and then eroded by particles from combustion chambers or foreign objects. Erosion of TBCs has become a severe problem in service life and reliability. In this paper, recent developments have been reviewed, including the experimental results, numerical simulations, theoretical analyses, experimental simulations and relevant measurement methods. Finally, development trend in TBCs erosion research is discussed.
