针对磁导向工具在作业过程中,油管下放摩阻较大及传输电缆磨损的问题,提出一种减摩及电缆保护油管短节。对短节的结构及原理进行了阐述,结合管柱受力变形分析给出了扶正器在并下的安装间距计算方法,并进行了实例计算和分析。结果表明:短节安装间距计算方法与实际要求基本相符,且随着井斜角的增大,安装间距减小。该油管短节结构简单、安装方便,能减少油管在井内起下过程中的摩擦阻力和磨损,有效避免电缆在油管与井壁的环空中受到挤压或磨损,保障井下测试作业的稳定性,节省作业时间和成本。
Tubing nipple for anti-friction and cable protection came up with the problem of the large tubing friction and cable wearing in the operation process of magnetic steering tools. The structure and principle of the tubing nipple, combined with the installation of the force of the down-hole installation spacing calculation method, was expounded. The practical calculation and a- nalysis show that calculation method is consistent with the actual requirements, and with the in- crease of deviation angle, installation spacing decreases. The tubing nipple has simple structure and easy installation. It can reduce the friction and wear of tubing in the downhole operation,time and cost. And it can effectively avoid the wear and tear of cable between tubing and borehole wall to ensure the stability of the downhole testing.
