对QRS波群的检测算法进行研究,针对基于经验模式分解的传统QRS波检测方法存在的一些问题加以改进,提出新的检测方法。该方法利用心电信号经过经验模式分解后,QRS波能量主要分布在第1个固有模态函数IMF1的特性,通过对IMF1进行阈值收缩去噪、线性高通滤波以及非线性低通滤波等预处理突出QRS波的特征信息,最后利用自适应闽值法检测QRS波。研究结果表明:利用心率失常库MIT-BIH中的记录对该检测方法进行检验,正确检出率超过99.8%:该方法简单有效,准确率高,适于实际应用。
An electrocardiogram QRS complexes detection method was introduced against the traditional QRS detection methods based on the empirical mode decomposition. In this method, QRS complexes energy was mainly distributed in the first intrinsic mode function (IMF1) through empirical mode decomposition (EMD). One feature waveform similar to QRS complexes was assessed through thresholding shrinkage, nonlinear high-pass filter and linear low-pass filter to IMF 1. Adaptive thresholding was applied to detect the QRS complexes of the feature waveform. Algorithm performance was evaluated by using the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. The results indicate that the accuracy is near 99.8% using the algorithm accuracy. The proposed method is simple, effective, accurate and suitable for practical application.
