研究表明,城市用地、交通环境、同城效应等宏观因素和住房市场、学区房、通勤成本等中观因素对以清远市为代表的中等城市的就业与居住空间组织具有较大的影响,可采用居住新城先导、产业园区带动、综合配套更新、对外交通导向和同城效应影响五种模式来推动我国中等城市的就业与居住空间拓展,以促进城市就业与居住空间的平衡发展。
