Three Chinese new records, Cladosporium perangustum, C. ramotenellum and C. sinuosum, isolated sediments of Bohai Sea and seaweeds of Yellow Sea, are reported in this paper. The morphological descriptions and from illustrations are provided. The examined specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of Ocean University of China Marine Biology （OUCMB）.
