采用sol-gel法在导电玻璃上制备了纳米铁酸锌薄膜光催化剂,并研究了溶液浓度、薄膜层数、以及电极和电压等条件对其光催化性能的影响。结果表明:溶液浓度越大,铁酸锌的光催化效果越好;随着ZnFe2O4薄膜层数的增多,对甲基橙的降解率先增大后减小;当外加正向偏压时,薄膜的光催化性能随着偏压增大而呈波动性增强。同时,薄膜与极板间的距离对薄膜的光电催化活性也有较大影响。
The nano-sized ZnFe2O4 films have been prepared by Sol-gel process on the conducting electricity glass,and the influence factors of it’s photoelectrocatalytic performence such as solution consistence,the film layer,pole and voltage also have been investigated.The results indicate that: as the solution consistence increasing,higher photocatalytic activities can be obtained,and as the ZnFe2O4 film layer increasing,the result is higher earlier and then lower.When an anodic voltage applied,the photocatalytic activities of the ZnFe2O4 films become stronger,and as the anodic voltage increasing the degradation present to undulate increasing.At the same time,the distance from films to pole plank also have the effects on the photocatalytic activities of the films.
