以8年生转Bt基因败育毛白杨雄株为实验材料,分离其体内、体外、根际土壤、蛀干桑天牛(Apripona germariHope)排泄物中可培养的细菌和真菌,利用特异引物对获得的微生物进行转Bt基因败育毛白杨雄株外源基因PCR检测.实验发现,381株次细菌中有6株PCR检测阳性;307株次真菌中有4株PCR检测阳性.
Samples of rhizosphere soil,roots,branches,leaves and long horn beetle(Apripona germari Hope) s fecal material of 8-year-old Bt transgenic male sterile Populus tomentosa Carr were collected,and cultivable bacteria and fungi were isolated respectively from each sample.PCR was used with a special pair of primers to detect the exogenous Bt Gene fragment in the microorganisms isolated from all the samples,the PCR results of 6 in 381 strains of bacteria and 4 in 307 strains of fungi were positive.
