WU Chengyu, received his B.E. degree in electronic information engineering from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Hangzhou, China in 2005 and M.E. degree in communication and information system from North University of China, Taiyuan, China in 2008. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electronic Engineer- ing, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His research interests include wireless communica- tions, cognitive radio and wireless sensor networks. Email: jerry916@sjtu.edu.cn HE Chen, received his B.E. and ME. degrees in elec- tronic engineering from Southeast University, Nan- jing, China in 1982 and 1985, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in electronics systems from Tokushima Uni- versity, Tokushima, Japan in 1994. Since 1996, he has been with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, wh- ere he is currently a Professor and the Vice-Director of Advanced Communication Institute. His current research interests include fourth-generation wireless communication systems, cognitive radio, wireless sen- sor networks, and signal processing. .IIANG Lingge, received her B.E. degree in radio eng- ineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China in 1982 and her M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tokushima University, Tokushima, Japan in 1993 and 1996, respectively. Since 1996, she has been with the Department of Electronic Engi- neering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, where she is currently a Professor. Her current research interests include wireless communication systems, cognitive radio, wireless sensor networks, and intelligent information processing.
