WEI Qing-Lai Received his bachelor degree in automation control, master and Ph.D. degrees in control theory and control engineering from Northeastern University in 2002, 2005, and 2008, respectively. He is currently a postdoctor with the Key Laboratory of Complex Systems and Intelligence Science, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
