棕地再利用和绿色空间供给是城市发展面临的重要问题,发达国家在这方面的探索为我国棕地利用提供了宝贵经验。对国际上棕地到绿色空间的转型研究主要集中在生态恢复、景观设计、效益研究、可持续性评价等方面。我国对这方面的研究起步较晚,目前还局限在技术层面的生态修复和景观设计方面。通过评述国外关于棕地再开发为绿色空间的研究进展,分析了目前我国研究的薄弱环节,总结未来研究应该关注的问题,以期为我国棕地再利用研究和实践提供借鉴和参考。

英文摘要：

Urban development was facing two important problems, which were brownfield reclamation and the supply of green space. The practice and experience of turning brownfield into the green space in the developed countries provided a good reference. In foreign country the research of redeveloping brownfield into the green space was mainly concentrated on ecological restoration, landscape design, efficiency and sustainability evaluation. But owing to the late beginning, our research was still limited to the technical aspect of ecological restoration and landscape design. This paper analyzed the weak links of present study, summaried the problems, the future research should focus on in order to provide reference for the research and practice of brownfield reclamation of our country.
