采用熔融共混法制备了聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PC/PBT)的共混物,利用力学性能测试和SEM分析手段考察了丙烯酸油漆对共混物力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着浸泡时间、干燥温度和干燥时间的增加,PC/PBT共混物的力学性能都下降;另外,PBT和相容剂含量的增加,PC/PBT共混物抗溶蚀能力都会提高,其中相容剂含量为6 phr时,拉伸强度保持率最佳。
The polycarbonate (PC)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) blend was prepared by meltblending. The effects of acrylic paint on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the blend werestudied by mechanical property test and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that, withthe increasing of the soaking time, drying temperature and drying time, the mechanical properties of the PC/PBT blend decrease. In addition, with increasing the content of the PBT and the compatibility agent, theanti-corrosion ability of PC/PBT blend improves, wherein the compatibility agent content of 6 phr, theretention rate of the tensile strength is the best.
