对开口箭属植物近20年的甾体皂苷类成分的结构及波谱学研究内容进行综述.目前已从开口箭属植物中分离鉴定了53个新甾体皂苷,其中27个螺甾烷型甾体皂苷,24个呋甾烷型甾体皂苷,2个变形螺甾烷型甾体皂苷.不同类型的甾体皂苷其13C NMR波谱在骨架类型、取代基类型及位置等方面均具有其特征性.通过总结开口箭属甾体皂苷13C NMR波谱特征规律,对进一步鉴定该类化合物结构以及进行波谱数据的归属都起着重要的作用.
By summarizing published literatures,the structural and 13C NMR spectral features of steroidal saponins isolated from Tupistra were analyzed.So far,53 identified steroidal saponins compounds had been isolated from the plant,including 27 spirostanols and their glycosides,24 furostanols and their glycosides,and 2 furospirostanols.The 13C NMR spectra of different steroidal saponins show different features that are related to skeletons and type and position of the substituent groups in the compounds.The findings are helpful for structure elucidation and assignments of the spectroscopic signals of such compounds.
