钢-RPC轻型组合桥面结构湿接头弯曲试验

为了提升正交异性钢板-RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete,活性粉末混凝土)轻型组合桥面结构湿接头的力学性能和抗裂性能,针对分次浇筑的RPC层接缝处钢纤维不连续,接缝处RPC的抗拉强度远低于连续浇筑部位等问题,进行了RPC湿接头弯曲试验研究。设计制作了2片试验梁,其中包括5种加密钢筋湿接头和3种异形钢板湿接头以及1种焊接钢筋网湿接头形式。比较了每片试验梁的荷载-变形曲线和RPC名义拉应力-最大裂缝宽度曲线,分析了加密钢筋配筋率、异形钢板企口角度、钢筋焊接形式等因素影响下不同湿接头形式的抗裂性能。研究结果表明:加密钢筋配筋率越高,湿接头抗裂性能相应越好;异形钢板企口角度为66°时,RPC开裂应力最高;与加密钢筋湿接头和常规湿接头相比,异形钢板湿接头和焊接钢筋网湿接头具有更好的力学性能和抗裂性能;加密钢筋焊接在钢板上的湿接头抗裂性能显著优于不焊接在钢板上的湿接头抗裂性能;异形钢板湿接头和焊接钢筋网湿接头考虑耐久性的RPC允许开裂应力根据测试结果分别为26.5,25.1MPa,能够满足RPC桥面板在车辆荷载作用下的抗裂强度要求。

To promote the mechanical behavior and anti-crack performance of wet joints in lightweighted composite deck system composed of steel and Reactive Powder Concrete(RPC)layer,aimed at discontinuous steel fiber in the joints of RPC layer casted separately,and much lower tensile strength of RPC joints than those of the continuous casting part,bending experiment on RPC wet joints was carried out.Two pieces of experimental beams were designed,including five types of dense reinforcement-enhanced wet joints and three kinds of special-shape steel plateenhanced wet joints and one mesh reinforcement-welded wet joint.The load-deformation curves and the nominal RPC tensile stress-maximum crack width curves of each test model were compared.The influences of the reinforcement ratio,the angle of the special-shape steel platetongue-and-groove,the welding form of steel on the anti-crack performance of different wet joints were analyzed.Results show that the higher for the reinforcement ratio,the better for the corresponding anti-crack performance of the dense reinforcement-enhanced wet joint is.The RPC cracking stress reaches the highest when the angle of the special-shape steel plate tongue-andgroove is 66 degrees.Mechanical behavior and anti-crack performance of the special-shape steel plate-enhanced wet joint and the mesh reinforcement-welded wet joint are much better than those of the dense reinforcement-enhanced wet joint and the conventional wet joint.The anti-crack performance of wet joint with dense reinforcement welding on the steel deck is significantly better than wet joint without dense reinforcement welding on the steel deck.The test results of allowable RPC cracking stress considering the durability for the special-shape steel plate-enhanced wet joint and the mesh reinforcement-welded wet joint are 26.5MPa and 25.1MPa,respectively,which can meet the requirements of anti-crack strength of RPC bridge deck under vehicle load.
