调查福州大学城某高校内小型浅水湖泊——苍霞湖的浮游植物组成、个体数量和生物量，结果显示，该湖泊浮游植物7门，33属，个体密度为4．2×10^6ind／L，生物量3．7×10^4mg/L。浮游动物有4门21属，个体密度为1．86×10^4ind／L，生物量7．73mg／L。利用有关生物学与水化学指标对这些水体的营养水平进行评价，苍霞湖总体水质现应为V类水，富营养型水体，必须采取必要的措施，才能恢复其水体原规划功能。
英文摘要：
The composition, density and biomass of plankton in a man-made lake in Fuzhou univer- sity district were investigated. The phytoplankton observed belongs to 33 genera of 7 phyla. The sin- gle density of the phytoplankton is 4.2 ×10^6 ind/L with a biomass of 3.7 ×10^4 mg/L. The zoo- plankton observed belongs to 21 genera of 4 phyla. The single density of zooplankton is 1.86 ×10^4 ind/L with a biomass of 7.73mg/L. The water quality was assessed via related biological standards and hydrochemical indicators. The results show that the overall water quality of the lake belongs to Class V and the lake is eutrophic. It is suggested that proper measures be taken to restore the origi- nal design function of the water.
