选择具有代表性的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维、聚丙烯(PP)纤维、端钩型钢纤维(SFl)和高强微细钢纤维(SF2),系统研究纤维掺量和种类对高强混凝土(HSC)弯曲性能及韧性的影响。结果表明:SF1-HSC和SF2-HSC的弯曲韧性指数是PVA-2HSC和PP—HSC弯曲韧性指数的2-3倍;相较基准高强混凝土,掺入SFl和SF2的高强混凝土极限弯曲荷载最高分别提高了72.2%和29.6%,而掺PVA和PP的高强混凝土极限弯曲荷载则分别降低了19.1%和11.5%;在工程应用中配制高强混凝土时,为了提高其弯曲性能及韧性,应选择极限抗拉强度高、掺量更大及与基体间锚固作用力强的端钩型钢纤维。
The representative polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)fiber, P〈01ypropyleneCPP) fiber, hooked steel fiber(SF1) and fine steel fiber (SF2) with high strength were chosen,and the effect of fiber type and dosage On the flexural property and toughness of high strength eoncrete(HSC) were systematically studied. The experimental results showed thai the toughness indexes of SF1-HSC and SF2-HSC were twice or three times than that of PVA-HSC and PP-HSC. Compared to the control HSC without any fiber, the maximum values of flexural load of SF1-HSC and SF2-HSC were increased by 72.2% and 29.6%, respectively. However, the maximum values of flexural load of PVA-HSC and PP-HSC were decreased by 19.1% and 11.5%,respectively. In engineering application,the fiber with high tensile strength,large dosage and strong anchorage bond between fiber and matrix interface should be used to prepare high strength concrete required high flexural property and toughness.
