小白鼠经0.01%镉水溶液饮水染毒后,研究镉的蓄积和迁移随喂养时间变化的特征.考察镉在小白鼠靶器官中的分布.结果表明,在血液中红细胞对镉的蓄积量平均达到92.3%,其它靶器官对镉的蓄积量从大到小的顺序为:肾、肝、脾、肺、心脏、大脑.染毒15—20d,大脑中镉的蓄积量持续缓慢增长,而其它器官中镉的蓄积趋于平衡.
The content of cadmium in red blood cell, serum, liver, kidney, spleen, lung, heart and cerebrum of the mice which was treated by low poison fed with 0. 01% cadmium water solution was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with micro-sampling to investigate the distribution of cadmium in the target organs. The characteristics of accumulation and transference of cadmium in the target organs under different feeding times were studied. The result indicates that the average accumulated quantity of cadmium in red blood cell arrived at 92.3%, and that in the other target organs changed from maximum to minimum in order of kidney, liver, spleen, lung, heart and cerebrum. When exposure to 15-20 days, accumulation of cadmium in cerebrum grew slowly, and that in other organs achieved to balance.
