双底物特异性酪氨酸磷酸化调节激酶A(dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A,DYRK1A)是一种与唐氏综合征发生密切相关并在进化上非常保守的重要蛋白激酶。DYRK1A参与神经发育、细胞增殖与分化及肿瘤发生等生理过程以及神经退行性疾病的病理发生过程。此外,DYRK1A在其他疾病的病理形成及信号通路调控方面也发挥重要作用。本文对DYRK1A的基因结构、分布、功能及其在疾病中的相关作用作一综述,为针对该基因研究领域提供有价值的信息。
DYRK1A( dual specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A) is closely related to Down syndrome and is a highly evolutionary conserved protein kinase. It plays a very important part not only in physiological process such as neural development and cell proliferation and differentiation but also in the pathogenicity occurrence of neurodegenerative diseases. Moreover,its functions in other pathological formation and signal pathway are important as well. In this paper,we reviewed the structure,distribution,function and pathological role about DYRK1 A in order to provide valuable information for the study of this molecular gene.
