细胞进程(cellular processes)包括物质转运和分解代谢、细胞运动、细胞生长和死亡及细胞通讯。为了解细胞进程相关基因对家蚕卵巢发育的影响,对幼虫5龄期至化蛹初期的家蚕卵巢组织进行转录组测序(RNA-Seq)。将去除低值序列的cleanreads定位到来自家蚕的参考mRNA序列后,经过京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)分析发现,5龄至化蛹初期的家蚕卵巢中约有405个与细胞进程相关的基因,并包含与果蝇卵巢发育相关基因高度同源的基因。在这些基因中,与细胞的物质运输和代谢过程相关的基因有198个,与细胞运动相关的基因有22个,与细胞的生长和死亡相关的基因有109个,与细胞通讯相关的基因有76个。推测家蚕卵巢中的这些基因的功能与果蝇中的同源基因功能类似。研究结果为解析家蚕的卵巢发育及卵子发生的分子机制提供了新线索。
Cellular processes include transport and catabolism, cell motility, cell growth and death, and cell communication. To understand the influence of cellular process related genes on ovary development of silkworm ( Bombyx mori), transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq) of silkworm ovarian tissues collected in the 5th larval instar and early pupal stage was carried out. After removing the low value sequences from the raw reads, the clean reads were mapped to the reference mRNA sequences of silkworm and were further analyzed by KEGG pathway. The results showed that, among approximately 405 cellular process related genes in silkworm ovary in the 5th larval instar and early pupal stage, most genes were homologous to the genes related to ovary development of D. melanogaster, in which 198, 22, 109 and 76 genes were associated with transport and catabolism, cell motility, cell growth and death, and cell communication, respectively. We speculated that the functions of these genes in silkworm are similar with those in D. melanogaster. These results provide a new clue to understand the molecular mechanism of ovary development and oogenesis in silkworm.
