英文摘要：
By using the tracing method the active components of the methanol extract from Tetraena rnongolica were separated, and 18 fractions further separated from the chloroform phase extracting from the methanol extract were obtained by using the combiflash companion, which was in relatively large amounts from different levels in the column. Taking Bursaphelenchus xylophilus as the species, the nematicidal activities of the 18 fractions was preliminarily determined. The results showed that the fraction F4 had an outstanding intensive nematicidal activity against the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which would be worthy of further study.
