摘要:在三维传输子超导量子位系统中,三维空间微波谐振腔代替了传统的共面波导谐振腔。文中对适用于传输子超导量子位的三维空间谐振腔进行了输入输出耦合强度、材料电导率和腔体表面粗糙度等因素的仿真分析,得到了谐振腔最低本征模式(TE101)的谐振频率、有载品质因子、插入损耗与这些因素之间的变化关系。
In a three dimensional(3 D) transmon superconducting quantum system, a 3D microwave resonator takes the place of traditional coplanar waveguide resonator. In this paper, we presented simulation of 3 D resonators for transmon superconducting quantum system, focusing on I/O coupling strength, material conductivity and surface roughness. The relationship between reso- nant frequency, loaded quality factor, insertion loss of TEIo1 eigen mode and these factors was obtained.
