英文摘要：

The occurrence of emergency usually causes supply chain out of control.This paper systematically analyzes risk factors existing in the supply chain management from the external environment of supply chain,supply chain system and resource flow of supply chain.It constructs the index system of evaluating supply chain risks by fuzzy entropy and calculates the weight of all indexes quantitatively to identify the key risk factors of supply chain under emergency.Correspondingly,this paper proposes the method of controlling supply chain risk under emergency.Consequently,it is meaningful both theoretically and practically to develop the theory of supply chain risk management and to improve the ability of dealing with supply chain risk under emergency for enterprise.
