为了探究摩擦系数对连续柔性成形的成形能力的影响,建立了力学基本方程,给出了临界摩擦系数的计算公式。根据摩擦系数对成形过程的影响,分析了不同摩擦系数条件下板料的打滑量值。针对不同成形条件对临界摩擦系数的影响问题,建立了有限元模型。对一系列连续柔性成形过程进行数值模拟,结果表明,柔性辊曲率越大,临界摩擦系数越大;上柔性辊下压量越大,临界摩擦系数越大。通过实验验证临界摩擦系数与上柔性辊下压量的关系,证明模拟结果的准确性。
With a focus on researching the influence of the friction coefficient on the forming limit of continuous flexi-ble forming, the basic mechanical equations were established, and the formula for evaluating the critical friction coef-ficient was given. Based on the influence of the friction coefficient on the continuous flexible forming process, the slip values under different friction coefficients were analyzed. The finite element model was presented to study the critical friction coefficient under different forming conditions. A series of the simulations of the continuous flexible forming process were carried out. The results show that the bigger the curvature of the flexible rolls is, the bigger the critical friction coefficient will be, and the bigger the downward displacement of the upper flexible roll is, the bigger the crit-ical friction coefficient will be. The experimental results verify the relationship between the critical friction coefficient and the downward displacement of the upper flexible roll, and prove the accuracy of the simulation results.
